Alejandra Piñera is an Associate in the firm’s Miami office. A veteran of the residential market, Alejandra has a strong track record of adding value for her clients. Alejandra joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2019, when parent company Newmark Group, Inc. acquired RKF. She began her career with RKF in 2017 as an Associate.
Utilizing her international background and her keen insight for European, Mexican and American business practices, Alejandra is currently collaborating with developers, landlords and tenants to bring foreign brands to the U.S. and evaluating new real estate markets abroad for American investors.
Alejandra is actively assisting numerous tenants on their space requirements, including CMX, Mexican food and beverage operators Cantina La Veinte and Tacology, fashion brands Stefano Ricci and Les Petits Joueurs, and franchise ice cream concept Creamistry.
Her current owner representation assignments include 1676 Alton Road in Miami’s South Beach.
Prior to joining RKF, Alejandra worked with some of the most renowned developers and landlords of Florida and Miami and built an extensive personal network that resulted in many successful transactions, including a record-breaking sale on South Beach’s Millionaire’s Row. She worked with One Sotheby’s Miami as a Sales Agent for waterfront properties and also worked on Fortune International Realty’s condominium sales team as a representative for the Miami Midtown District development.
After college and before her career in residential real estate, Alejandra earned her Masters in Luxury Management from Polimoda Instituto in Florence and remained there working as manager of the Eduardo Secci Contemporary Art Gallery, recruiting new artists to the marketplace and personally dealing with collectors. These early years proved invaluable as she began to cultivate powerful friendships and professional relationships with key players and owners of many of the internationally renowned brand names and fashion houses with whom she works today.
She is a licensed real estate associate in the states of Florida and Texas, and is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers.
