Brandon Miller has been driving and growing retail and wholesale businesses across the U.S. for 15 years. With his expertise and a background in retail, Mr. Miller becomes a partner with a client when providing tenant representation services. He possesses extensive knowledge of the retail markets in major U.S. metropolitan areas, particularly New York, as well as hundreds of smaller markets. He utilizes a personal, client-focused approach to tenant representation while leveraging data analytics to provide informed site selection.
Mr. Miller understands the changing retail real estate landscape and identifies ideal locations for his clients. His creative mind allows him to conceptualize experiential business and marketing opportunities during the site selection process. He is skilled in retail financial planning, P&L forecasting and developing co-tenant adjacency strategies. Above all, he prioritizes negotiating leases for maximum tenant advantages once an opportunity has been identified.
Currently, Mr. Miller is representing tenants such as 120% Lino, Barney Brown Sandwiches, Enlightened Ice Cream, Eton Shirts, EVEN Headphones, Farfetch, Goldwin, Iris von Arnim, Joybird, The Laundress, Loro Piana, Mansur Gavriel, Marquee Brands, Mott 50, Peserico, Steve Madden and Taboonette Foods.
Additionally, Mr. Miller has worked on behalf of several prominent landlords, including 598 Broadway LLC, Ashkenazy Acquisitions. Deka Investments, Old Dominion Properties and Triumph Hotels.
Mr. Miller joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2019, when parent company Newmark Group, Inc. acquired RKF, a New York-based retail real estate brokerage and investment company. Prior to RKF, he held executive positions with Loro Piana and Bergdorf Goodman, where he learned how to recognize trends and brand-building potential.
Mr. Miller earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Theory and Change Management from Northwestern University. He is a licensed salesperson in the state of New York.
