Jack Lee currently serves as director, Asia-Pacific in the New York headquarters of Newmark Knight Frank. Mr. Lee specializes in retail tenant and landlord representation in Manhattan and the outer boroughs. He also assists many Far East companies looking to enter and expand in the U.S. market.
Mr. Lee previously worked for nearly four years at RKF Retail Holdings, LLC, which was acquired by Newmark Group Inc., parent company of Newmark Knight Frank, in 2019.
Prior to RKF, Mr. Lee served as senior director of operations with Kassin Sabbagh Realty, where he assisted national and international tenants with their expansion in the New York market and abroad. Among these tenants was South Korean coffee house Caffé Bene which he assisted in its North American expansion. To date, he has secured 17 locations, including the stores at 15 Campus Road in Brooklyn, 33 Barrow Street, and 816 Broadway in Manhattan, which are among the highest-grossing stores in the chain, and continues to open up more locations across North America.
Mr. Lee has also worked with Tous Les Jours, a French-style South Korean bakery franchise. He secured its largest store, located in Flushing, Queens, as well as its first Brooklyn location. He continues to assist them in their rapid expansion in the Northeast. In addition, Mr. Lee represents Bibigo in its national expansion.
Mr. Lee earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Corporate Finance from the City University of New York-Queens College. He is tri-lingual, speaking Chinese and Korean. He is a licensed salesperson in the state of New York and is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers.
