Jackie Totolo is a Senior Managing Director with RKF concentrating on both landlord and tenant representation. She joined RKF in 2007 as a Marketing Assistant and transitioned into brokerage in 2008.
She has worked on behalf of many owners including, MetLife, RFR Realty, Related Companies, The Winter Organization, SL Green Realty Corp., American Realty Capital, The New Museum, Cooper Square Realty, Atlas Capital, HVBB Retail, The Carlyle Hotel and the Plaza Hotel.
She has been instrumental to the successful leasing of many projects on behalf of her ownership clients. She leased 575 Fifth Avenue on behalf of MetLife to Guess, 10 Hanover Square on behalf of The Witkoff Group to Xtreme Fitness, 57 East 11th Street to Nadeau, 1038 Lexington Avenue to Style Paris, 155 Amsterdam Avenue to Apple, 18 East 16th Street to True Love Bakery, 408 West 14th Street to lululemon athletica, 1052 Lexington Avenue to Chuckie’s and 1038 Lexington Avenue to Meg on behalf of The Winter Organization, 781 Fifth Avenue to Ghurka on behalf of The Sherry Netherland, 980 Madison Avenue to Vince, Rebecca Taylor and Sandro on behalf of RFR Realty and 1110 Third Avenue to Pier 1 Imports on behalf of Related Companies.
She recently arranged leases for SEE Eyewear at 423 West Broadway, and for Swarovski at 365 Madison Avenue, 484 Fulton Street and the Mall at Bay Plaza, Moynat and Acquzzura at 935 Madison Avenue, Jo Malone at the Time Warner Center, Paper Source at 77 Fifth Avenue, Santoni at 762 Madison Avenue, and for A. Lange & Sohne at 785 Madison Avenue.
Jackie has also represented many retailers and currently represents Swarovski, SEE Eyewear, M.A.C Cosmetics, Bobbi Brown, Jo Malone, Origins, Aveda, Guess and Pret A Manger, among others.
Jackie continues to help Pret A Manger expand its Manhattan presence, arranging 25+ locations in key markets including Penn Station, 400 Park Avenue South, 1071 Avenue of the Americas, 787 Seventh Avenue and 530 Seventh Avenue.
Jackie received a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in Real Estate from W.P. Carey School of Business. She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of New York and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
